Code of Conduct

The Keepers of the Grail Guild was established to give people the opportunity to have fun and build long lasting friendships.  We are not going to lay down a bunch of rules and turn this into a Military style guild.  Our rules are simple for people to follow.

  1. Be respectful and courteous to everyone.  This means even people outside of our guild.  When you are grouping with a PUG, you are representing The Keepers and a bad image on you, reflects back to our guild.  This will not be tolerated and will result in expulsion from the guild.

  2. Participation in the guild is mandatory.  Why be in a guild, if you are not going to participate?   We work very hard to establish events and the worse thing that can happen is that no one from our guild signs up for events and participates.  Don't be in the guild if you don't want to participate.

  3. Loyalty is a must!  The Keepers is YOUR guild.  Treat it as such!  Do not use our resources and time to get flagged for raids and then go run the raids with your buddies.  If there are no events scheduled, then that is acceptable, but if we are flagging for a particular raid and you go and run that raid with other people, other than your guildies, you will no longer be a member of The Keepers.  I know this is a harsh rule but there are too many times that people use our time and resources to get flagged for a raid and then when the raid comes around they cannot attend because they have done it with someone else.  This is unfair to the people that have taken their time to flag you, not to mention the financial resources that were used.  Once again be LOYAL to YOUR guild!

  4. Items that are given to you for raids and events must stay in the guild and used for guild events only.  Examples: Scrolls, Wands, various pots and Plat.  We do not give these items to people for them to go run with other groups and use them up and then when we have a event, that person no longer has the 10 CS Wands or the 10K Plat that was given to them to use on the raids.  Once again, this goes back to LOYALTY!

  5. Help people throughout the server.  This is how you build a good name for yourself.  Learn the quests so that you can help people get through them successfully!

  6. And most importantly.........Have fun and make friends!!!!!
